SOLVYN ships across Canada and to select international destinations, including the United States, China, the United Kingdom, selected European countries, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at service@solvyncollective.com.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery after dispatch: Canada and China, 3–8 business days; United States, 5–10 business days; United Kingdom and selected European countries, 7–15 business days; Australia and New Zealand, 8–16 business days; Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong, 7–15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
All orders delivered to China qualify for free standard shipping, with no minimum purchase. For Canada, the United States, and other eligible destinations, free standard shipping is available on orders of CAD $99 or more. For orders under CAD $99 outside China, available shipping rates are shown at checkout.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
